Refund & Credit Policy

We do not offer cash refunds on any orders, subscriptions, or credits. However, we are flexible — we will always work with you to reschedule, swap menus, or convert your payment into account credit for future use.

No Cash Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds or bank transfer reversals for any orders, subscription plans, bundle packs, or account credits — regardless of the reason for cancellation.

This policy exists because our food is freshly prepared to order and ingredients are sourced in advance. We appreciate your understanding.

Flexible Date Changes

Can't make your delivery date? No problem. We are happy to reschedule your order to a future date at no extra charge, provided you notify us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

  • Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be possible and the order will be fulfilled as planned.
  • You may reschedule to any available future date within 60 days of the original order date.
  • Subscription deliveries can be paused and rescheduled with 7 days' notice.

Flexible Menu Changes

If you'd like to swap your order for a different menu item, we'll do our best to accommodate the change provided you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Any price difference will be settled at the time of the swap.

If we cannot fulfil your original order for any reason on our end, we will offer you a full credit to your account or a menu swap of equal value — your choice.

Account Credits

Instead of a refund, we may issue account credit in the following situations:

  • An order cannot be fulfilled by us (e.g. ingredient unavailability, unforeseen circumstances).
  • You cancel an order within the eligible window and prefer credit over rescheduling.
  • You purchase credits directly through the portal to use on future orders.

Credit Rules

  • Credits are stored in your customer account and applied automatically at checkout.
  • Credits can be used on any future order — food, subscriptions, or catering.
  • Credits cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account under any circumstances.
  • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
  • If your account is closed, any remaining credits are forfeited.

If you have a concern about an order or believe a credit has been applied incorrectly, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp. We aim to resolve all queries within 24 hours.
